Recently relocated to Utrecht, Holland, Teemu is busy getting bombarded by a whole plethora of fresh stuff. “The Finnish music scene mostly influenced me in a way that made me appreciate different styles of music more. Especially living in Northern Finland you couldn’t escape heavy or black metal. It does open your horizons musically not being able to live in a musical bubble”, he argued. Teemu also declared to have geared up the “Small Quantities” repertoire just the way he usually does: mostly by pure chance. “I usually have some idea of where I want to go with the mix, but since I don’t really plan the mixes beforehand I go with whatever record feels right at that moment. Sometimes you go wrong, but most of the time that spontaneity pays off”. Settle in and enjoy the ride.
